What a beautiful fish! _________________ Kept fish since 98 or there abouts but only more recently taking fishkeeping serious. I have experience coldwater community's, ponds tropical community's and subtropical community's. My favourite fish are loaches, danios and devarios. So many many more fish to come and venturing into breeding projects.

Pretty little fish.
I wonder how long it will be before the Apistogramma genus gets split? Some of the differences now being listed between species are borderline for a genus. _________________ Sue
First bred tetras in the 1960's, Discus 1970's, more recently bred cichlids, L no. plecs, catfish, characins & cyprinids. Community, biotope & breeding tanks. Trying to keep on top of new developments in products & techniques.

Yeah i can see what you mean. And i can't see how it is in the cacatuoides complex though, the different head shape, moutbrooding etc. This doesn't look like an average apisto, i could say the same for several others such as eunotus and Nijsseni in my opinion; they just look different (In shape and finnage i mean) _________________ Kept fish since 98 or there abouts but only more recently taking fishkeeping serious.
